Alphabetix products displayed at this site are available here and all other Online & stores Named in the "Contact us / Store Locator". In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in Euro's.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 8 up to 12 business days of the order, although most will be within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 2/3 weeks for the transit time of your merchandise. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify Mail:cmissbizz_rocketmail.com Alphabetix is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted and we have received All your information you have provided us with By filling in the Billing Information form. We will return a mail to the mail adress you have provided us with. Be sure to only provide us with valid information to also be able to receive order confirmation from us.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 12 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. we cannot accept cancellations or returns of any textil where the label has been broken or removed. Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE Sale items 25% off or more are FINAL SALE.
HOW DOES THE RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?
To return an item, securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include your original receipt in the return package. If the item is an exchange, please specify on the original receipt what you are exchanging the item for (include style number).
